Confidentiality Clause

In accordance with Article 325-9 of the AMF General Regulations, CG Sport will refrain from, except with the prior agreement of expressly, to communicate and use, outside of its mission, information concerning its clients. This provision cannot be used against the National Chamber of Wealth Management Consultants in the context of its oversight responsibilities.

Managing Complaints

In the event of a dispute or complaint from the client, the contracting parties undertake to first seek an amicable settlement.

The client may submit their complaint to the firm’s address, to their usual advisor or manager, who will have 10 days to acknowledge receipt, then 2 months from receipt of the complaint to respond. Failing an amicable settlement, the parties may secondly inform the consumer mediator:

If unsuccessful, the dispute may be referred to the competent courts.
