Regarding the budget for this mission, the minimum fee is a fixed amount of 18,000 euros including tax payable in the form of a deposit due upon signing a specific mission letter (Audit Optimization of civil, economic, social and tax management of the contractor) + 15% of the gains made through our intervention capped according to the conditions of the contract.

In principle, performance and execution fees will only be due if the strategies proposed in our study and retained by the client generate sufficient gains. They aim to:

First, to partially align our fees with the gains generated by the solutions presented and modeled in our study.

And also to remunerate our support in implementing the chosen strategy:

1. 1. By negotiating loans and investments with financial institutions.
   2. By presenting the agreed solution to specialized practitioners – lawyer, notary, and/or accountant – in order to help them transform the targeted financial strategy into legal acts and coordinate their respective interventions.

The information and documents that you transmit will be kept strictly confidential. The work that we provide to you will also be kept confidential.

This confidentiality clause does not apply to your usual advisors (lawyers, accountants, auditors, notaries, etc.)

We authorize you in advance and even encourage you to submit our work to them, in order to be able to discuss it with them and enrich it with their great ideas.
